This privacy notice for Opsie Software AS ("company", "we", "us", "our") describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process“) your information when you use our services, including but not limited to use of our website, applications, or any other media hosted under or associated by any of our domains, opsie.io and opsiesoftware.com.
We respect your privacy and strive to always limit our data collection to what is necessary to maintain expected operations.
Personal information - By use of our website and/or forms, or by contacting us in other ways, we collect relevant personal information about you and our interactions. This includes name and contact information, our previous communication, your organization, and any other information necessary to guide our interactions forward.
By accessing, registering, or installing any of our content, we may collect user and account information and authentication to other relevant systems you choose to connect.
Usage data - We collect information about how and when our content is used and some details about performance and potential errors or significant events that can inform our decisions forward.
Your personal information is stored in our CRM systems hosted by HubSpot within the EU. Account and authentication data may also be stored in our own separate databases. Sensitive information like authentication credentials will receive an extra layer of encryption to protect your information.
We only process your personal information based on a freely given consent from you. By engaging in communication with us, you agree that we will receive this, and keep the information necessary to handle your inquiry. Registering to our services will also require you to review this policy, and freely content to sharing your personal information with us.
We do not share you information with anyone except in situations where you are informed, and it is necessary in order to complete your desired action.
Some of our content is designed to integrate with other systems, and will share your contact information across this integration in order to properly authenticate and secure your usage.
We only keep your personal information for as long as the relationship is still relevant, we need it to properly fulfill any commitment to you, or until you request it to be deleted. We reserve the right to, but do not commit to keeping your information for up to 5 years after this requirement is no longer met, except when specifically requested that it shall be deleted. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address stated below.
Exceptions to data deletion is any information that we may be legally required to keep (such as but not limited to information about transactions and revenue), and usage data which will be anonymized in the event where we delete your personal information.
Our content may use browser cookies to optimize your experience and remember your preferences. You will be prompted to accept the use of cookies before such is initialized. In the event that you do not agree to the use of cookies to personalize your experience, we will still store a single cookie with the purpose of remembering your preference to not store additional information. We use HubSpot for tracking and recognizing some usage data associated to your browser. This policy is governed in accordance with European and Norwegian law. In any event of conflict between the stated policies and these regulations, the governing law takes priority.
